Dirty Ginger
2 oz Rye Whiskey
4 oz Apple Cider
4 oz Ginger Beer
Lemon Slice
Assemble over ice and for an extra apple kick add some of our Spiced Apple Liqueur!

Walnut Old Fashioned
2 oz Skip Rock Rye Whiskey
¼ oz Skip Rock Nocino Walnut Liqueur
1 Sugar cube
2 Dashes orange bitters
Orange peel
Place sugar cube in rocks glass, add two dashes of orange bitters. Add a few drops of water and muddle until sugar dissolves. Add Skip Rock Rye Whiskey and Nocino and stir. Add a large ice cube, stir, then garnish with orange peel.

1 oz Skip Rock Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz Headwaters White Whiskey

In a tall glass over ice combine Raspberry Liqueur and Headwaters. Top with half lemonade and half ice tea. Garnish with a lemon.

PNW Hot Toddy
1 ½ oz Skip Rock Rye or Triticale Whiskey
¾ oz Skip Rock Apple Liqueur
1 tablespoon honey
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ cup boiling water
Combine ingredients in a warmed tea cup or mug and stir to combine. Add hot water and stir to melt honey. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

¼ oz Grapefruit Juice
Basil for garnish
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf floated on top.

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass.
