Nocino Walnut Liqueur
One of our most popular - and unique - offerings, Nocino is made from local walnuts that are harvested while still green. These walnuts are then soaked with an infusion of spices that create a flavor reminiscent of the holiday season. This traditional Italian digestif combines a savory blend of nut, spice, citrus and other complex flavors with a hint of sweetness that make it an excellent companion to many classic cocktails. Topped over vanilla bean ice cream Nocino makes for a decadent and distinctive treat. Recognized by Sip Northwest as the best “Emerging Spirit” in the Pacific Northwest (2013), our Nocino was also recently mentioned in the New York Times.
