1.5 oz Bicycle Tree Gin 
1oz Raspberry Liqueur 
2-3oz ginger beer
Lime wedge squeezed 
Mint for garnish 
Add more ginger beer, lemonade or 7Up to taste!

Fog Horn
It's a Moscow Mule but with Gin!
2oz Bicycle Tree Gin 
1/3 Lime wedge
4-5 oz Ginger beer
Squeeze lime into glass with ice and add the rest. 
Our variation :
Put Gin and a couple fresh basil leaves in a shaker with ice and shake.
Add this to the lime and ginger beer. Garnish with fresh basil.

​1.5oz 1870 Bitter (or Campari)
1.5 Nocino 
Stir well with ice
Garnish with orange zest.
