Triticale is a Wheat/Rye hybrid developed in Scotland back in the late 1800's. The whiskey has some of the spicy notes of the rye but also a nice softness to it. There are the hallmark sweet nutty flavors of the grain that we've come to expect as well as a bit of light smoke in the background. 750ml and bottled at 86 Proof. Currently, this is our favorite whiskey. . .
