Belle Rose Honey Flavored Rum
Crafted with care and collaboration, we’ve combined our signature Belle Rose Rum with the incredible local honey from The Snohomish Bee Company. First, we aged our Rye Whiskey in toasted & charred American Oak barrels, honey was then added allowing it to absorb the complex flavors of the oak and whiskey. Third, we added our high proof rum, letting it slowly dissolve the remaining crystallized honey within each barrel. The selected barrels, aged 4.5–6 years, impart a depth of character that makes this rum truly one of a kind.
Nose & Taste:
Aromatic and inviting, Belle Rose Honey Flavored Rum features warm aged rum notes blended with a rich natural honey profile. Sweet but never cloying, it offers hints of soft oak and a long, slightly dry finish where the honey’s natural essence lingers beautifully.
