Skip Rock Liqueurs are some of our customers' favorites, and we share the sentiment. Our base alcohol is made in-house and the locally harvested ingredients create fresh, unique flavors that will shine in your favorite cocktails.
Nocino Walnut Liqueur
One of our most popular - and unique - offerings, Nocino is made from local walnuts that are harvested while still green. These walnuts are then soaked with an infusion of spices that create a flavor reminiscent of the holiday season. This traditional Italian digestif combines a savory blend of nut, spice, citrus and other complex flavors with a hint of sweetness that make it an excellent companion to many classic cocktails. Topped over vanilla bean ice cream Nocino makes for a decadent and distinctive treat. Recognized by Sip Northwest as the best “Emerging Spirit” in the Pacific Northwest (2013), our Nocino was also recently mentioned in the New York Times.

Coffee is a passion here in the Pacific Northwest, and something we take seriously. We partnered with Balam Coffee Roasters for the perfect blend of ethically harvested Latin American beans. Dark and rich with authentic cocoa notes, our Coffee Liqueur is wonderful on its own or in a cocktail.
