Some of the most recent additions to the Skip Rock family of spirits, Belle Rose Rums are made from authentic Louisiana turbinado cane sugar. As the story goes, our growers' ancestors first planted sugarcane near Bayou Lafourche in the late 1700s - where the folklore of pirates, rum, and sugarcane continue to be passed down through generations. We honor this longstanding tradition by naming our rums after the town where the sugarcane plantation resides. Our award-winning Belle Rose Rums come in three unique variations: Light, Amber, and Double Barrel.
Belle Rose Light Rum is aged in vintage white wine barrels. The subtle flavor of the oak mixed with the smoky sweetness of the turbinado sugar creates a soft bodied rum with warm vanilla and butterscotch notes. This is a fantastic cocktail rum; we recommend enjoying it in white rum drinks like our delicious Washington Daiquiri.

Belle Rose Amber Rum is aged in used whiskey barrels until the balance of wood, spirit, and time is just right. The result is a smooth amber rum with nuances of sweet cane, light oak, molasses, tobacco, and hints of tropical fruit. This Amber Rum is great for sipping on the rocks, heated, or with a splash of our Walnut Nocino.

Belle Rose Double Barrel Rum starts its journey in bourbon barrels and finishes in premium French oak red wine barrels. This unique combination grants this rum a warm vanilla and caramel aroma, and a beautifully complex flavor with hints of brandy, cedar, and sweet dried fruit that embraces everything these two barrels have to offer.
